Delete Your Goalingo Account

Follow the steps below to request account deletion and removal of associated personal data.

If you would like to delete your Goalingo account and associated data, you can request account deletion using the steps below.

How to request account deletion

Send an email to vovk.anton@gmail.com
Use the subject line: Delete My Goalingo Account
Include the email address associated with your Goalingo account

Once we receive your request, we will delete your account and associated data.

What data will be deleted

Your account information
Your learning progress
Your saved vocabulary and study history
Any notes or user-generated content

Data retention

Some minimal data may be retained for legal, fraud prevention, or accounting purposes for up to 30 days. After this period, it will be permanently removed.
