These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Goalingo mobile application and related services (the "Service") provided by Goalingo ("we", "our", or "us"). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
1. Use of the Service
Goalingo is an educational application designed to help users learn English vocabulary through spaced-repetition learning techniques.
You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.
You must not:
- Use the Service for any unlawful or fraudulent activity
- Attempt to disrupt or compromise the security of the Service
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other users' data or accounts
- Reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code from the application
2. Accounts
To use certain features of the Service, you may be required to create an account using Google authentication.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for any activity that occurs under your account.
3. Subscriptions and Payments
Some features of Goalingo may require a paid subscription.
All payments and billing are processed through the Google Play billing system. Subscription management, renewals, and cancellations are handled through your Google Play account according to Google's terms and policies.
We do not directly process payment information.
4. Intellectual Property
All content, features, and functionality within the Service — including text, graphics, logos, software, and design — are owned by Goalingo or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from the Service without prior written permission.
5. Service Availability
We strive to provide reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. The Service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or technical issues.
We reserve the right to modify or discontinue features of the Service at any time.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Goalingo shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the Service.
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.
7. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service if you violate these Terms or misuse the Service.
You may stop using the Service at any time.
8. Changes to the Terms
We may update these Terms periodically. Continued use of the Service after changes are published constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
9. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with applicable laws without regard to conflict of law principles.
